    • Fudan University
    • Shanghai Qi Zhi Institute

Professor Li Xiaopeng from Fudan University outlined the consortium's five-year plan:

"We will focus on interdisciplinary quantum AI research targeting breakthroughs in fundamental theories, core technologies, and key applications while cultivating high-level talent teams."

The Quantum Technology Equipment Industry Innovation Alliance, led by the Shanghai Academy of Sciences, aims to:
