Sports technology company Keep has announced the launch of Kinetic.ai, a dedicated artificial intelligence model tailored for the fitness and wellness sector. Alongside this release, the company introduced Kaka, its first general-purpose AI coach designed to provide personalized workout programs and recommendations.

Kinetic.ai: A Vertical-Specific AI Model

Kinetic.ai represents Keep's integration of vast sports data and professional expertise, trained and optimized on its proprietary base model. The company claims it is the first industry-specific AI model for fitness. Future updates will expand its capabilities from text-based interactions to multimodal applications, including audio and image processing, to improve user engagement.

AI Coach Kaka Enters Beta Testing

The AI coach Kaka, built on Kinetic.ai, is currently in beta. Users can access core features for free, including personalized training plans, program recommendations, and basic Q&A functionality. Keep plans to integrate Kaka with its membership system—basic features will remain free, while premium subscribers gain unlimited access to advanced tools.

According to company insiders, a more robust version of Kaka is slated for release in May 2025, introducing voice guidance and image recognition. Keep aims to roll out monthly updates to enhance functionality further.
