Google's AI Plus Hits India at ₹399: What You Get

Google Brings Premium AI Tools to India with New Subscription

Tech giant Google has made its AI Plus service available in India, giving users affordable access to powerful artificial intelligence tools. For ₹399 per month—or just ₹199 for the first six months—subscribers can tap into Google's latest innovations.

What's Included in AI Plus?

The subscription unlocks several premium features:

  • Gemini3Pro: Google's most advanced conversational AI model
  • Nano Banana Pro: An image generation and editing system that's creating buzz
  • 200GB cloud storage usable across Photos, Drive, and Gmail (shareable with family)
  • Integration with Google Workspace apps including Docs and Gmail

The package particularly shines for creative professionals. "We're seeing Indian users apply our AI tools in unexpected ways," said Vikas Kansal, a Google product lead. "From small businesses enhancing productivity to students simplifying research, these tools are becoming essential."

Why India Matters

Google's move comes as global tech firms scramble for footholds in India's rapidly growing digital economy. Just weeks ago, OpenAI introduced free ChatGPT access nationwide, while Google previously partnered with Jio to offer Gemini Pro to 5G users.

The competitive pricing suggests companies recognize India's price sensitivity. At roughly $5/month (after introductory pricing), AI Plus costs less than many streaming services but offers potentially greater utility for work and creativity.

Key Points:

🔹 Cutting-edge AI: Access Gemini3Pro for conversations and Nano Banana Pro for images/videos
🔹 Storage bonus: 200GB cloud space shared across five family members
🔹 Intro deal: Pay just ₹199/month for the first six months (normally ₹399)
🔹 Workspace integration: Use AI directly in Gmail, Docs and other Google apps
