Bangalore's Arrowhead secures $3M to revolutionize voice AI sales

Voice AI Startup Arrowhead Lands $3M Funding Boost

Bangalore-based Arrowhead has successfully closed a $3 million seed funding round, signaling strong investor confidence in its voice AI technology for financial services. The investment was spearheaded by Stellaris Venture Partners, with notable participation from CRED founder Kunal Shah and M2P founder Madhusudhan R.

Transforming Financial Sales Conversations

The fresh capital will fuel enhancements to Arrowhead's AI models and support team expansion. "Traditional sales teams in India face numerous challenges," explains CEO Deevani Gupta. "From training hurdles to inconsistent results, our voice AI solutions directly address these pain points."

Arrowhead's platform stands out with its ability to conduct natural conversations lasting up to 20 minutes—a significant leap forward for AI-powered sales interactions. Gupta shares her excitement: "Financial institutions aren't just testing our technology—they're rapidly adopting it at scale."

Proven Results in Real-World Applications

The numbers speak volumes:

  • 45% higher conversion rates than human agents for health insurance sales at one major financial institution
  • 100% customer contact rate achieved for insurance renewals at another client, boosting renewals by 20%
  • Fivefold growth in annual recurring revenue between August and October last year

"Every proof of concept has converted into actual deployment," Gupta notes proudly. "That perfect track record demonstrates the real value we're delivering."

Expansion Plans and Future Vision

Currently serving over 50 BFSI clients across India and Southeast Asia—including Baroda Bank Credit and Paytm—Arrowhead has ambitious plans:

  • Enhancing its BFSI dialogue models within 12-18 months
  • Scaling infrastructure to handle tens of thousands of simultaneous calls
  • Developing emotionally intelligent voice agents
  • Evolving into an omnichannel platform spanning chat, phone, and messaging

Vardan Dalalnada of Stellaris Venture Partners puts the opportunity in perspective: "India's financial sector represents a $3 billion voice AI market with barely $50 million tapped so far. We're just scratching the surface."

Key Points:

  • 💰 $3M funding secured to enhance AI models and expand operations
  • 🗣️ 20-minute natural conversations now possible with voice AI agents
  • 📈 Conversion rates outperforming humans by significant margins
  • 🌏 Southeast Asian expansion underway alongside product development
